Membership plans are billed monthly. Memberships include assessment, labs and hormones. The price depends on what hormones are being prescribed.

What’s Included
- Initial psychiatric and hormone evaluation
- Regular follow-up appointments to adjust doses and ensure efficacy and tolerance
- Unlimited phone calls/texts/emails for questions, concerns, or treatment adjustments
- All lab tests ( done initially, and periodically throughout treatment)
- All hormones dispensed monthly or every 3 months once optimization has been reached
- Most hormones can be administered in-office or dispensed by Restored
- Compounded hormones will be dispensed by MedQuest pharmacies, but will still be covered by monthly membership
- Management of psychiatric medications if indicated or initiated
- Discount on hormone promoting supplements
